Once we have delegates' details we will coordinate all the course administration, with the objective of taking as much of the administrative duties away from the company as is practically possible.
Continuity of support will be of paramount importance in the administration handling aspect of the contract to ensure that we supply the best service possible.
Details of delegates can be sent to us via telephone, fax or email. All we need are names and telephone numbers, or email addresses, and the delegate's place of work. We will then contact the delegate to arrange a convenient appointment and confirm details in writing to them.
Our systems are flexible so that we can incorporate specific client requirements.
ATC's bespoke booking system handles all the administration comprehensively. It enables reports to be created to provide a data trial for the client's benefit, in courses taken, cancelled, re-arranged, costs, dates, locations etc.
In managing our client's incident rates and, in determining trends, ATC has developed a Crash Data Analysis programme which collates a wide variety of information on the driver, the vehicle, the journey, from which it can generate reports which will help find causation factors and training solutions.
Our one day proactive driver training courses are documented by our trainers, using an Assessment and Driver Development Record. This information is fed into the system and can track each individual's performance. It also shows what recommendations have been made and it can work closely with the incident records which are taken from the crash data analysis to determine the effectiveness of the individual instructor.
Each delegate completes a Driver's Course Questionnaire to ensure that objectives are met. It confirms their expectations, it scales the effectiveness of the trainer's performance and questions where improvements can be made. This document can be fed into the system to track individual trainer's performance.
