Fleet Risk Solutions is a five-phased process:

1.
Research
The starting point for the implementation of effective risk solutions is to gather appropriate data relating to incident causation factors, and information about policies and procedures related to at-work driving. The tools we have developed, based on road safety research, enable us to guide you through this process.
2.
Analysis
Using our extensive experience, we will analyse the data and information collected to build a profile of your fleet, drivers, vehicles, usage and incidents.
3.
Solutions
Working in partnership with you, we will determine the appropriate safety measures for you to invest in. Solutions will be holistic in that they will cover all stages and aspects of employment, but will be focused on addressing specific needs - see
FRS - The Solutions.
4.
Action
Once we have agreed the solutions, we will work with you to achieve effective implementation. Whatever assistance is required can be provided by ATC - in effect a "one-stop shop" service.
5.
Evaluation
To measure the success of the solutions implemented we will agree the reporting mechanisms for monitoring incident causation factors in order to establish the basis of a continuous improvement programme.
