Training Objectives: To develop the skills and expertise of an ADI to provide proactive driver training to the company car driver. Concentrating on presentation skills, personal and vehicle safety issues, demonstration drives, instructional commentaries, assessing the driver’s ability, coaching skills, theory test – 100 questions, 1 hour driving test, 1 hour coaching test, results & feedback.
