1. We will ensure that all instructors are qualified and skilled to provide the highest standard of Proactive Driver Training.
2. We will ensure that training delivery is consistent throughout the country.
3. We will ensure that the issues addressed during training programmes are the ones most effective in achieving the best results, and will look exclusively towards achieving heightened awareness of risk.
4. We will provide a quality service committed to continuous improvement through monitoring and review.
5. We will provide excellent client liaison and administration.
6. We will achieve positive outcomes for each individual so that the investment made in driver training is perceived as worthwhile in the organisation and is long-lasting.
7. We will provide the means to reducing fleet operating costs, e.g. reduce the cost of servicing and maintaining company vehicles.
8. We will assist organisations in reducing the effect of pollution from their vehicles on the environment with better fuel-efficient driving.
9. We will set in place regular reviews to ensure that objectives are being met.
10. In the unlikely event that a driver trained by ATC has a non- parking, blameworthy, moving road traffic incident within one year of their training, we will undertake to retrain the driver free of charge.
