Grading Systems
A culture of continuous driver improvement can be developed within an organisation through the introduction of a grading system.
ATC can develop grading systems for its proactive driver training programmes which enable an organisation and its drivers to establish whether desired training outcomes related to areas of identified high risk have been achieved
The specific criteria on which the standards are based are agreed in advance with the client. The criteria will identify the key performance indicators to be achieved so that it will be clear to all involved the standard of performance being attained.
The grading systems can be applied to both the general and specific training programmes, and, in addition to introducing a process of continuous improvement, can be used as a tool to bring about a consistency in driving standards within a fleet.
